PAOLO BIANCALANI

Born in Prato, Italy in 1958, he graduated from the University of Florence in 1982. He is enrolled in the Register of Certified Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato, his main place of business, since 1983. He is also enrolled in the Register of Statutory Auditors since its establishment (Official Gazette 21/04/1995) and he is an active member, as President of the Board of Statutory Auditors in several companies.

Up to the present, he has held several offices: 1986-1992 Founder and President of the Young Certified Chartered Public Accountants Union of Prato; 1993-1999 Member of the National Council of Young Chartered Public Accountants Union; 1996-1999 National Vice-President of the Young Chartered Public Accountants Union; 2000-2004 and 2008- at present President of the Certified Chartered Public Accountants in Prato.

SILVIA BOCCI

Born in Prato in 1967, she graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Florence in 1991 and as she attained both qualifications, she is enrolled in the Register of Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato since 1993 and from 1995 in the Certified Chartered Accountants of Prato, her main place of business. She is a member of the Register of Statutory Auditors (Official Gazette 05/04/1996) and she is the President of the Board of Statutory Auditors of several companies.

Up to now, she has held several offices: Councillor of the Association of the Certified Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato, member of the study commission “Public Bodies” of the National Council of Certified Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, President of the Commission Public Bodies” of the Association of the Certified Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato, President of the Young Certified Chartered Accountants Union of Prato, Councillor of ANCREL (National Council of Internal Auditing in the Local Governments), Councillor of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants of Prato and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio of Prato.

She has developed expertise in the field of auditing for Local Authorities and she teaches this subject in the courses organised by the National Board of Certified Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts.

ANDREA BIANCALANI

Born in Florence in 1980, Andrea Biancalani graduated with honours in Economics from the University of Florence in 2002. He is enrolled in the Association of Professional Chartered Accountants and Official Accounting Experts of Prato since 2007 and in the Register of Auditors (Official Gazette 07/08/2007). He is an active Member of the Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of companies.

In 2003 he worked in Kelmer & Partners in London and in a law firm in New York. From 2004 to 2006 he was senior auditor for the Auditing Firm, PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited.

At the present time he is at the end of his PhD in Planning and Control at the University of Florence, where he teaches Business Economics II (General and Applied Accounting) and Professional Technique.

In 2010 he became Civil Mediator under the Ministerial Decree n. 180/2010.

Born in Prato in 1976, he graduated in Economics from the University of Florence in 2005. He is enrolled in the Register of Certified Chartered Accountants of Prato since 2010 and he is pending registration in the Register of Statutory Auditors.
